摘要
为观察尾悬吊模拟失重对大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,28只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,结果表明:悬吊10d的大鼠与对照组相比,血清MDA含量没有显著变化,而悬吊21d的大鼠与对照组相比,血清MDA含量则显著增加(P<0.05)。提示:模拟失重对大鼠血清MDA含量有一定的影响。
The effects of simulated weightlessness(tail suspension ) on serum malondialde-hyde (MDA)content in rats were studied.28 wistar rats were divided into four groups ran-omly. The results showed that the change of serum MDA content in rats after 10 days of simulated weightlessness was not significant(P>0.05)as compared with those in the con-trol rats,but the change after 21 days of simulated weightlessness was significant(P<0.05).
