THE NETWORK MANAGEMENT IN SUCCESSIVE STAGES METHOD

本文提出了分级模块网络(SSN)管理法的基本概念,应用论点、工作方法、实施步骤及经济效益分析。列举了作者在试点企业的初步效果,证明SSN管理法是适用于中国国情的一种少投资高效益挖掘企业潜力的综合管理方法。作者认为SSN管理法的推行,将有助于企业管理素质的提高。

This paper is to introduce the SSN method and its application. It is a new attempt of research to apply this method in Chinese enterprises. The resultsshow that: The SSN method is a low investment.high remuneration managementusitable for the presnt day China.This method is proposed and put forward byCheng Xiujing, associate professor of Anhui Institute of technology. The SSNmethod is developed with systems theory,Information Theory and fuzzy Theory as basis. One should consides the entise industrial enterprise as a big system,while each one of its departments or organization will be called a module,i. e. a subbsytsem in successive stages in the big system. Thus the management ofthe enhterprise can be divided into the internal management and the externalmanagement of the modules. In the year 1988, this method was rtiedout by the satembly shop of Shang-hai Intesnrl combustion engine works for production control in manufacturing495A diesel engines. Now the topic has been approved as a 1989-1991 researcsubjet of China National Science Committee, and in October 1989 the previo usachievement was appraised and the resedrch progam of the next stage discussed.Research work is now in progress.
