摘要
磁流变体在减振领域的应用研究已成热点,并开发出了磁流变减振器。但这种减振器由于磁流变液用量大、密封要求高等因素,致使其成本很高不利于工程推广应用。鉴于此,本文在了解磁流变液性能的基础上提出用多孔材料设计研究简易磁流变减振器,并开发出样机对其设计思路进行验证,用 SIMULINK 模拟 PID 控制下的减振效果。
Application of MRF in damping device has been a hot research topic in recent year and some MRF controllable dampers have been developed and applied. But these MRF dampers have a barrier to widespread commercial acceptance because of their relative higher cost. In these damper, large volume of MRF are needed and high quality seals are required, thus make the price higher. Basing on understanding of MRF capability, the essay to use the porous metal as container of MRF to design low-cost MRF damper was put forward. A sample device was developed to validate this idea, The PID control system for low-cost MRF damper was simulated through using ' SIMULINK' in Matlab. The validation of the damper system was evaluated.
