铸态高韧性球墨铸铁的生产实践

摘要 在球墨铸铁生产过程中以稀土镁合金为球化剂,采用冲入法加盖板处理和不加盖板处理,分别进行二次孕育处理。两种工艺对比,结果显示加盖板处理以后,球化级别得到了提高,从而使企业得到了良好经济效益。 During the course of ductile cast iron producing by pouring process, we tried two techniques: covering and not. We employed rare - earth magnesium alloys as nodulizer. Both samples were late inoculated respectively. Contrast of these two techniques shows that the sample under covering plate got a higher nodularization grade, consequently, the enterprise can get more benefit.
