我国农村社会养老保险存在的问题及完善对策

Existing Problems and Perfecting Strategy of the Social Endowment Insurance in Chinese Rural Areas

积极推进建立农村社会养老保险制度,是解决“三农”问题的重要内容,也是建设和谐社会的要求。但目前我国的农村社会养老保险制度不尽人意,需要进一步改革和完善。文章对我国农村社会养老保险存在的问题进行了分析,并从五个方面提出了完善农村社会养老保险的对策。

It is an important measure ot solving ＂ rural economy, rural development and rural demography ＂ to push the establishment of rural social basic old-age pension system actively, it is also the demand of comprehensive building the harmonious society. But the rural social basic old-age pension system of our country is less than satisfactory at present, need reforming and improving further. The problems of rural social old-age pension system in China are analysised, and suggest, ions to reform the rural endowment insurance are proposed from five respects in the article
