三锥体旋流芯管能量损失分析

摘要 应用ANSYS流体力学计算软件模拟了旋流芯管内流体压力损失的分布,分析了流体速度在旋流芯管内各段的变化情况,得到了能量损失在旋流芯管各段的分布规律。在此基础上分析了旋流芯管各段引起能量损失的主要因素,证明了能量损失主要发生在进口管段和尾管段。 The distribution of the flow pressure loss in a cyclone core tube was simulated using the ANSYS hydromechanics calculation software, the change conditions of the flow rate in each section of the cyclone core tube were analyzed, the distribution law of the energy loss in each section of the cyclone core tube was obtained, and based on that mentioned above, the major factors making the energy loss in the cyclone core tube were analyzed, it certified that the energy loss occurred at the inlet and tail of the tube.
