摘要
针对四重油催化装置的两台外取热炉爆管事故进行了传热、水循环计算、金相组织及断口形态分析,并实施相应的改造措施。
The analyses of heat transfer, water circulation calculation, metallographic structure, and fracture form were made of the tube explosion accident of two external heat exchanging furnaces in No 4 heavy oil catalytic plants, and some corresponding retrofit methods were proposed.
