摘要
本文旨在他人研究的机床方面分散而零星的造型要素中从感性的视觉形象入手,进行综合类比,用逻辑推理的方法,上升到理性阶段,提出以下论点: 1.机床的造型趋势为什么向“方形”“梯形”的风格发展?从“流线型”到“方直型”演变是否存在着矫枉过正的倾向?过分极端化必然会带来一些不理想的因素。 2.机床的结构与造型有功能与形式的相辅相承的关系,但它们之间有直接和间接的区别。 3.改进机床的传动方式能够使造型趋于理想化,在传动方式基本不变的情况下,也可以使传统的“流线型”向“方直型”改进。 4.机床的体素拼合造型法是把机床的结构造型设计与计算机的图形显示紧密的结合起来,是模拟优化设计的研究方向,本文将简叙体素拼合造型的美学形式法则。
In this paper, based on the disperse modelling elements of machine tools integration and analogy were conducted with the methods of logical deducing, from the perception to the rationale, the following points were presented: 1 .Why did the modelling of machine-tools be developed forward the stylesof 'ladder-shaped' and 'square' ? Would the evolution from 'streamlined'to 'square' over-correct the old modelling and strueturc? Going to extremesmust give rise to some unfavourable modellings. 2. In the function and the form, there is a correspondent relationship bet-ween the structure and modelling of machine tools, and also direct and indirectdistinction. 3. The form may tend to be of indealization by changing the transmissionmethod of machine tools. Under the condition of unchanging the basic transmission method, the traditional a streamlined' can be developed into the 'Square'. 4. The modelling method, by which the body and elements of machine toolsare pieced together, combine closely the structure modelling design with drawing-displaying by computer. It is the study direction for simulating optimization design. In this paper, the aesthetics from rules of modelling of this method was stated in brief.
