摘要 介绍了一种与现在多级离心泵完全不同的小型锅炉(10t/h以下)给水泵。在同样的低比转数(n6≤20)条件下,比现有多级离心泵的水力效率可提高5%~8%。因结构重量的大幅度下降,其造价比现有多级离心泵低10%以上,其性价比有显著优势,值得在小型锅炉中推广。 A improved design of lower boiler feed pump( ≤ 10t/h) , which is different remarkably from multi - stage centrifugal pump is presented. The efficiency of Pitot tube pump is 5% - 8% higher than which of centrifugal pump under the same low specific speed( ns ≤20). Since the structure and the weight dramatically drop, its cost is over 10% lower than multi - stage centrifugal pump, distinctly better in its performance and price, it is utterly worth to be extended and employed in lower boiler - feed pump.
