体内的催乳素释放肽及其受体 被引量:1

摘要 催乳素释放肽是一种神经肽,在延髓、下丘脑等多种组织中分布,但其分布与其受体的分布并不平行。它通过与其G蛋白偶联受体的相互作用发挥生理功能,其中对催乳素、生长激素分泌的作用尚存在争议。最新的研究进展显示大剂量的催乳素释放肽能促进垂体前叶细胞泌乳素的分泌,小剂量的肽则抑制分泌。对促肾上腺皮质激素,卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、儿茶酚胺等激素的分泌亦有影响。另外在影响睡眠、感觉、摄食,控制痫性放电等方面亦有一定作用。
