基质金属蛋白酶-9与脑缺血血脑屏障损伤的关系 被引量:23

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)是一种基质金属蛋白酶,脑缺血时可以通过降解基底膜及紧密连接破坏血脑屏障,从而导致脑缺血后继发性脑水肿和脑出血。了解MMP9及其与脑缺血性损伤的关系、脑缺血时其在中枢神经系统的变化、及其在脑缺血时如何作用于血脑屏障,无疑为预防和治疗脑缺血后的并发症指出了新的方向。
