摘要
资源约束将成为“十一五”期间我国经济发展中的主要矛盾。本文对我国的能源形势进行了分析,然后借鉴部分国家开展国际能源合作的实践经验,阐述了我国开展国际能源合作的现状,并对我国开展国际能源合作,促进能源来源多元化提出了相应的对策建议。
The restriction of resources will become main contradiction of the development of our economy in the coming five years. Based on analysis of energy situation, this article expatiates the practice of international cooperation of energy in our country. Finally, the author puts forward several suggestions for references.
