双船抬吊48.8 m拉压预应力混凝土简支梁施工技术

摘要 松江新城区花辰路油墩港大桥主跨上部结构针对48.8 m先压法拉压预应力混凝土工字梁构件的特征,并结合现场实际,将预制场建在主跨下游岸边,选用双船抬吊工艺及建立船舶、机械、缆索、锚桩浮移体系,在安全、质量保证体系的严密控制下取得成功,具有良好的技术、经济效果。 Aimed at the featrues of 48.8m tension-compression prestressed concrete H-beam member and combined with in-place situation, the precast member plant was founded on lower reaches below main span. Double ship platform crane and floating system with ship, mechanism, cable and anchor were applied. The construction won success under strict control of safety and quality assurance system. Good technical and economic effects was obtained.
