摘要 针对常用离心风机的特点,提出了采用大轴封间隙的磁流体密封结构,推导出密封级数的计算公式,并对9-26-10C离心风机轴端的磁流体密封进行了设计计算。结果表明:在压力差小于10kPa、输送介质含尘量约为20mg/m3、轴封间隙为1mm的条件下,两级磁流体密封己达到良好效果;当输送介质温度大于80℃时,必须采用冷却水套,才能确保其密封效果和寿命。 The computation formula of sealing number was presented and the magnetic fluid sealing structure of a large sealing axle gap was proposed for popular centrifugal fan. A design computation of magnetic fluid sealing of axle gap is also performed for model 9-26-10C centrifugal fan. More than one year running time of this fan indicates that two-gear magnetic fluid sealing of 1 ram' s axle gap can work very well under the conditions of less than 10kPa pressure difference and around 20mg/m^3 pewder content of gas. The water-cooling equipment is needed for good sealing and longer service life when the gas temperature is more than 80℃.
