摘要
弹簧平衡系统是电动栏杆机产品设计的关键技术之一,直接决定栏杆机的功率消耗指标,对产品的可靠性和寿命影响很大。为解决此关键技术,本文就能同步平衡栏杆正弦规律变化的阻力矩的弹簧平衡系统,提出了优化设计的数学模型、目标函数,利用具有很强优化能力和广泛适应性的遗传算法,用VB编程求解后得出了满意的优化数据,有效地支持了实际的产品设计。同时弹簧平衡系统的数学模型有普遍实用性,还可以根据设计变量不同建立新的目标函数,对关心的变量进行优化;对非正弦变化的负载阻力矩的平衡也可应用本设计的优化方法,有推广价值。
Spring balance system is one of critical technologies in product design of electric barrier machine. The system determines the power consumption index of electric barrier machine directly, and has a great effect on product reliability and life To solve the critical technology, the mathematical model and objective function for the optimization design of spring balance system, which can synchronize and balance the resistance moment of barrier changing in sinusoidal regularity, are presented in this paper. Satisfying optimization data is derived by genetic algorithm, which has high optimization ability and wide adaptability, and by VB programming. This supports practical product design effectively. Moreover, the mathematical model of spring balance system has wide practicability. New objective function can be constructed according to various design variables, and the variables concerned are optimized. The optimization design method can also be used in the balance of non-sinusoidal changing load resistance moment and has important value of application popularized.
