摘要
以磨料水射流复合电解加工装置为平台,开发出一套测试系统。测试系统使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,应用于磨料水射流复合电解加工中的状态测试,实现对加工过程中所涉及到的参数(压力、流量、温度、电压和电流等)进行数据采集、存储、显示等功能,本设计采用美国NI公司生产的基于PCI总线的数据采集卡PCI-6024E,E系列产品的高级定时功能和多板同步能力,可以满足多种系统的需要,增强了数据采集系统的灵活性和适应性。这套测试系统在更换所需要的传感器后,仅修改软件程序后就可以再应用于其它加工设备的状态测试,从而达到一机多用,降低测试成本、提高测量精度的目的。
This article take the grinding compound water jet flow compound electrolysis processing equipment as a platform,Develops set of tests systems. The test system uses the LabVIEW hypothesized instrument technology, applies in the grinding compound water jet flow compound electrolysis processing the condition test, realizes involves to the processing process in to the parameter (pressure, current capacity, temperature, voltage and electric current and so on) carry on function and so on data acquisition, memory, demonstration, this design uses American NI Corporation to produce based on PCI main line data acquisition card PCl-6024E, E series product senior fixed time function and the multi-boards synchronizing capacity, may satisfy the many kinds of systems the need, strengthened the data acquisition system flexibility and the compatibility. This set of test system needs after the replacement the sensor, after only revises the software procedure to be possible again to apply in other processing equipment condition tests, thus achieved one machine multipurpose, reduces the test cost, the enhancement measuring accuracy goal.
