通过对跨国轮胎集团(包括固特异和卡莱尔、米其林、普利司通、锦湖与韩国轮胎、东洋橡胶、正新橡胶、横滨橡胶等)在中国设厂、销售、宣传等的现状,分析出外资来华设厂的战略。首先,他们对中国巨大市场前景看好,原料资源丰富,劳动力资源低廉,并且投资环境宽松等。在这些条件下,外资企业抓住机遇,确定自己企业销售重点和目标;针对中国轮胎工业薄弱环节,抢占市场;借助各种媒体树立企业形象;依托集团实力,采用先进技术增强竞争力等。中国民族企业若能实现集团化,将有望进入世界轮胎10强之列。
Based on the condition of some large tire enterprises from foreign countries come into China and set up tire plants for selling and propagandizing their products and enterprises, analyzed their stratagem for set up plants in China. The paper relates the large market, reach in raw materials, lower cost of the labors force in China and the free investment environment. Under theses the condition the foreign enterprises seized the opportunity to decided their selling target and occupied the market, adopts their advanced technology to increase their competitive force, if Chinese tire enterprises realized the group collectivizing, they could be entered into the first row of ranking 10 of the world tire enterprises.
