摘要
凝析气田在新勘探开采的油气资源中占较大的份额,凝析气管输技术在海洋、沙漠、滩海等条件恶劣的环境中已经得到了广泛应用,但随着输气管道使用年限的增长以及一些自然的和人为因素的影响,不可避免地会发生管道泄漏,从而造成环境污染。为此,基于凝析气在输送管道中的流动总处于慢瞬变流状态,根据气体管输的连续性方程、动量方程和混合能量方程,建立了凝析气管输模拟数学模型;同时为了便于使用计算机实现实时模拟过程,对所建立的模型进行了简化处理,并设计了具体的计算思路;进而以管道SCADA系统实测两端运行参数为边界条件,根据凝析气管输瞬变流数学模型,建立了凝析气管道输送泄漏监测的方法。实例计算结果表明,所提出的方法是一种可行度很高的凝析气管输泄漏检测方法。
Condensate gas fields occupy big percentage in the newfound oil/gas resources. The technology of condensate gas transmission with pipelines is widely applied in the bad environments such as oceans, deserts and swamps etc. However, the leakage of condensate pipelines will occur unavoidably as the pipelines are aging and damaged by some natural and human activities, which will lead to environment pollution. According to the slow transient flowing state of condensate gas in the pipelines, with the continuity equation, momentum equation and mixed energy equation of gas transmission, the mathematical model is set up for condensate gas transmission with pipelines. To realize the real-time simulation by computer, the model is simplified and the particular calculate means are designed. Taking the real measured parameters of SCADA as the boundary conditions, based on the transient flowing model of condensate gas transmission with pipelines, the leakage detecting method is proposed for condensate gas transmission with pipelines. With real cases calculating, the results show the proposed method is an effective leakage detecting method of condensate gas transmission with high feasibility.
