摘要
利用工业高硅、低硅大孔拟薄水铝石为骨料,添加扩孔剂和助挤剂,分别以酸和有机物为胶粘剂,将干胶粉混捏后挤条成形。结果发现,原料的微观结构(结晶度、晶型完整性)是影响载体物化性能的主要因素。添加适量的扩孔剂也能一定程度地提高孔容。
Special-shaped extrusions were prepared using commercial high and low-silicon large-pore pseudoboehmite as the raw material, pore-expanding agents, lubricating agents, and acid or organic substance as the adhesive. It was shown that microstructure (crystallinity, crystal integrity) of the raw material was the main factor influencing on physicochemical properties of the carriers. Addition of annropriate amount of pore-expanding agents could increase the pore volume.
