摘要
介绍了影响经编织物干克重的诸多因素。对原料细度、整经张力、线圈长度及热定形等影响因素进行了实际测试和理论分析。得出如下结论:设计产品时必须以原料的实际细度为依据;整经张力应根据不同的纱线类型有所差异;线圈越长,线圈越重,成品干克重也越大;定形张力加大,织物干克重减轻;定形超喂量加大,织物干克重有所增加;定形机机速加快,织物干克重减轻。
This paper introduces a good many factors influencing the moisture-free weight per unit area of warp knitted fabric, measures and theoretically analyzes the fineness of raw material, warping tension, loop length, thermal setting, and so on. It was concluded that the actual fineness of raw material should be taken as a criterion in product design, the warping tension should adjusted according to different yarn types, and the moisture-free weight per unit area of final fabric increases with the increase of loop length, loop weight, overfeed ratio of thermal setting, but decreases with the increase of thermal setting tension and thermal setting machine′s running speed.
