摘要
介绍了耐高温纤维的基本特征和种类,阐述了PBI纤维、PBO纤维及芳砜纶的结构、性能及应用,指出耐高温纤维的高强度和高模量导致编织困难,而改善该类纤维的可编织性,可从纤维选择和针织设备的编织工艺参数两方面入手。
This paper introduces the basic characteristics and types of high-temperature resistant fibers, presents the structures, properties and applications of PBI fiber, PBO fiber and polysulfone fiber, and points out that the high strength and high modulus of these fibers will lead to knitting difficulties. In order to improve the knitting properties, it is better to choose the right type of fibers and appropriate technological parameters of knitting machine.
