“网络中心战”是适应信息化战争发展的军队建设和联合作战的指导思想,网格技术是实现“网络中心战”的基础,利用网格技术在战术防空系统中实现“网络中心战”是信息时代防空作战的必然要求。
Network-centric-warfare （NCW） is an guiding ideology of the military force building and the joint operation for the development of the information war. The grid is the basic technique of NCW. In the information age, it is necessary for the air-defense-war to realize NCW by applying grid to the air defense system.
