摘要
介绍了青钢第一炼钢厂连铸坯向第二线材厂、第一小型厂和第一线材厂热送热装的工艺实践;分析研究了热送热装对拉丝用钢盘条拉拔性能的影响;并采取有效措施生产出拔制性能较好、可满足用户要求的拔制用材。生产实践表明,热送热装连铸坯的牌号18个,热装率81.63%,热装温度分别达到650~750℃,550-650℃和350~500℃.经济效益明显。
This article introduces the practice of hot transmission and hot charging process of the continuous casting billet. The effect of the hot transmission and hot charging on the drawability of wire rod for drawing is analyzed. High quality coils with good drawing performance can be achieved by this process. The coils meet all requirements of customers. After that the steel-grade of continuous casting billet reaches to 18. The ratio of hot charging is 81.63%. The temperatures of hot charging billet is up to 650-750 ℃ ,550-650 ℃ and 350-500 ℃ respectively. Economic benefit is remarkable.
