摘要
橡皮绝缘橡皮护套电缆需要经高压(高温)蒸汽硫化,对于以交联聚乙烯、交联乙烯-醋酸乙烯等聚烯烃材料为绝缘的橡套软电缆在高压蒸汽下硫化,绝缘层会发生变形。本文介绍了交联乙烯-醋酸乙烯绝缘氯丁或氯磺化聚乙烯护套电缆采用塑料模腔低压(中温———小于100℃)蒸汽罐式硫化的新工艺,并对这种工艺的前途进行了展望。
Rubber insulated rubber sheathed flexible cables need to be tuned by high pressure, high temperature steam. For tubber sheathed cables with XLPO insulation such as XLPE or XLEVA, the steam curing process will cause deformation of the insulation. This paper presents a new curing process for XLEVA insulated chloroprene or chlorosulfonated polyethylene sheathed cables, in which plastic molding chamber and low pressure middle temperature ( 〈 100 ℃ ) curing tank are used. The future application of the new process is predicted.
