12种不同基因型烤烟种苗特性及其烟碱动态探讨

Investigation on the characteristics of seeds and seedlings of twelve genotypes tobacco and their nicotine development

对12种不同基因型烤烟品种进行种苗特性和烟碱动态测定分析,结果表明:不同烤烟种子的外观属性如千粒重、十粒长宽比,和萌发特性如发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数,以及生长特性如均株真叶数、叶面积、鲜重、干重,都各有其可测定的相对具体的量,并且由于遗传性原因品种间各指标存在显著性差异,但外观属性、萌发特性、生长特性相互间并不存在显著相关性。试验还发现,烟种子和5叶期烟叶不含烟碱,但萌发幼根含有烟碱。

The characteristics of seeds and seedlings of 12 genotypes tobacco were analysed and the change of nicotine were determined. The results showed that the exterior attributes of tobacco＇s seeds such as weight of 1000-grains, aspect ratio of 10-grains, the sprouting characteristics of seed such as germinability, germination percentage, germination index, and vitality index, and the growth characteristics such as number of leaf, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight had measurable quantity of their own. Because of different inheritance of varieties, among 12 genotypes there were significant differences for all the indexes, but the correlations between the exterior attributes, the sprouting characteristics and the growth characteristics were not remarkable for each other. It also was found that seeds and leaves in 5-leaf age had no nicotine, but the young roots in sprouting had nicotine.
