Research Development of Antimicrobial Peptides and its Application in Agriculture

具有广谱高效杀菌活性的小分子多肽类物质———抗菌肽,是机体非特异性免疫系统的重要组成部分。据研究表明,抗菌肽对细菌、部分真菌、原虫、病毒、肿瘤细胞都具有杀伤作用。从目前国内外在抗菌肽研究热点着手,分析阐述了抗菌肽的分类、作用机理、抗菌肽基因工程,及抗菌肽在农业中的应用,并展望了利用植物生物反应器生产抗菌肽的可能性及应用前景。

Antimicrobial peptides are an important component of the innate defenses of all species life. Many kinds of antibacterial have been separated from insects, mammals, bacteria and even from plants. According to the research report, the different peptides were toxic against a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa. We presented an overview of the properties and applications of these antimicrobial peptides in this paper.
