干旱胁迫对大麦籽粒灌浆特性及内源激素的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为阐明干旱胁迫对大麦籽粒灌浆特性和内源激素的影响,以防雨池栽的方式对新疆主栽的2个大麦品种籽粒灌浆特性和籽粒发育过程中内源激素含量及比值的变化进行了研究。结果表明:干旱胁迫导致大麦籽粒灌浆速率降低,灌浆期缩短,光合产物向籽粒的调运效率减弱与干旱导致籽粒内源激素含量的变化有密切关系。干旱胁迫下较高的DHZR含量在籽粒建成过程中起主导作用,并同时伴有较高的DHZR/GA4比值;在灌浆过程中,干旱胁迫下灌浆速率降低与此期IAAi、PA、ZR和DHZR含量均处于较低水平有关;干旱胁迫下,灌浆前期较高的ABA含量对籽粒灌浆速率表现为正效应,后期较高的ABA含量则表现为负效应。 In order to study the effects of drought stress on grain filling characteristics and endogenous hormone of Barley, the dynamic changes of grain filling characteristics and endogenous hormone content and the ratio of barley in filling stage of two varieties grown in Xinjiang were studied with the culturing method in proobminfull-trough. The resuhs showed that drought stress had restrained grain-filling rate and shortened gain-filling time, decreased tratrsportation efficiency of photosynthetic product to harvest organ under drought stress condition, which was closely related to the changes in the content of endogenous hormone. Under drought stress the high value of DHZR played a main role in the construction of grains companied with relatively high value ratio of DHZR/GA4. Decreased grain-filling rote was related to low content of IAA, iPA,ZR and DHZR during grain-filling stage. During earlier filling stage, the high content of ABA showed the positive effect on the flling rate, but was observed at later stage.
