矮晚柚枝枯病生物学特性及杀菌剂筛选的研究 被引量:1

摘要 矮晚柚枝枯病病原物是半知菌亚门尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysprum Sehleeht)。研究了不同的温度、湿度、光照条件和pH值对尖镰孢菌分生抱子和菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:30℃、90%的相对湿度、完全光照、中性偏碱性环境最适合分生孢子萌发;25-30℃、75%以上的相对湿度、任何光照、中性偏酸性环境比较适合菌丝生长。在孢子萌发和菌丝生长的适宜环境下,选用市售的11种常规药刑进行室内筛选试验,结果表明:50%多菌灵1230倍液、50%立枯净1000倍液、64%杀毒矾600倍液、53.8%可杀得1000倍液、扑菌特1200倍液或70%宝福斯1000倍液可以同时抑制孢子萌发和菌丝生长,是防治矮晚柚枝枯病的理想药剂。 Low-late pomelo blast is caused by Fusarium oxysponan Schlecht. The experiment in the conidiophores and hypha grewth in different temperatures, relative humidities, illuminations and pH values were done. The result showed that 30℃, RH 90%, full illumination and neuter or alkalescence were suitable for the germination of conidiophores and 25 - 30℃, RH over 75 %, any illumination and neuter or acidic for hypha growth in these suited conditions. Another experiment in the screen with eleven fungicides was made and the result showed that 50% carbendazim 1 200, 50% phenzine oxide at dilutions of 1 000, 64%oxadixyl 600, 53,8% cocide 1 000, urbacid 1 200 or 70% thimm 1 000 were good for preventing conidiophores and hypha.
