多效唑在厚皮甜瓜基质育苗中的应用研究

Study on Seedling of Muskmelon from Media Culture with Paclobutrazol

研究了多效唑在厚皮甜瓜基质育苗过程中的施用方法及施用浓度。结果表明:多效唑拌入基质中、盖籽土表面喷施或叶面喷施3种施用方法均可有效抑制植株生长,其中以浓度40 mg/kg多效唑盖籽土喷施效果最佳,40 mg/kg叶面喷施次之。

The research on the seedling of muskmelon from media culture with paclobu-trazol indicated that the tecimique of the mixture media and media sprayed as foliage fertilizer can keep down plant growth. The application technique of 40 mg/kg media sprayed was best one and 40 mg/kg sprsyed as foliage fertilizer was the next.
