摘要
选用6周龄雌小鼠48只,随机分为4组,分别用2.5 IU、5.0 IU、7.5 IU、10.0 IU的PMSG注射,48h后分别注射hCG 2.5 IU、5.0 IU、7.5 IU、10.0 IU;次日早晨检栓,60h后冲胚。总见栓率为81.25%(39/48)。冲胚结果:2.5 IU、5.0 IU、7.5 IU和10.0 IU剂量组平均每只获胚分别为9.17(110/12)枚、32.67(392/12)枚、16.00(192/12)枚、11.67(140/12)枚,各组超排效果差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明:采用5.0 IU PMSG+5.0 IU hCG对小鼠超排效果最好,输卵管分段冲胚法可行性良好。
Divide 48 mice into 4 groups, then respectively inject PMSG 2.50IU,5.0IU,7.5IU and 10.0IU. 48 hours later, inject hCG 2.5IU,5.0IU,7.5IU and 10.0IU respectively, then combine cages; check embolus the next morning, and the rate of seeing embolus is 81.25 % (39/48). 60 hours later wash embryos out, and the result is that : ( 1 ) average 9.17 (110/12) embryos per mouse on the condition of 2.5 IU PMSG + 2.5 IU hCG ; (2) average 32.67 (392/12)embryos per mouse on the condition of 5. 0IU PMSG + 5. 0IU hCG; (3) average 16.00 (192/12) embryos per mouse on the condition of 7.5 IU PMSG + 7.5 IU hCG; (4)average 11.67 (140/12) embrys per mouse on the condition of 10.0IU PMSG + 10.0IU hCG. The conclusion is that the 5.0IU PMSG +5.0IU hCG is the best dose and that collecting embryos in virtue of segmenting the oviduct is and effectual way.
