工作流在企业流程再造中的应用研究

Application of workflow in Business Process Reengineering

为了解决目前大多数过程建模方法都不能充分满足BPR需要的问题,该文将工作流模型与企业流程再造结合起来,提出了面向企业流程再造的企业工作流管理模型;利用该模型对企业的业务过程、组织结构、资源与目标进行了语言描述和分析,并通过一个应用实例对模型进行了验证。

In order to solve the problem that many process modeling methods can not satisfy the Business Process Reengineering（BPR）,workflow management is combined with BPR, and a framework of workflow management for BPR is put forward. By using this model, the business process, organization structure, resource and object of enterprises are described in detail. An application example is given to demonstrate the model.
