摘要
传统的材料选择方法已很难满足现代产品设计需求。文章通过剖析传统选材方法,提出了一种支持绿色设计的材料选择方法。该方法是以环境意识为基础,选材时全面考虑材料的各种性能指标,在满足产品基本性能的基础上,充分考虑其环境性能,并运用层次分析方法,选出最优材料。
Material selection is an important part in the product design. The traditional methods of material selection cannot meet the demand of modern product design. A new method of material selection in consideration of green design is put forward in the paper. In the new method,which is based on environmental consciousness, all performance indexes of the material are considered comprehensively. On the basis of meeting the requirement of the basic performance of products , the environmental performance of products is fully considered,and then by adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the optimal material can be selected finally.
