摘要
鞍钢新轧钢第一发电厂对中央电站2号锅炉高炉煤气燃烧器、高炉煤气管道进行了改造,实现了多烧高炉煤气、减少高炉煤气放散、降低燃料成本、提高经济效益的目的。改造后,可以根据季节特点、负荷变化、设备检修等情况,及时调整燃料结构及运行方式。
The BF gas burner and pipelines of No. 2 boiler in central power station in No. 1 Power Plant of Angang New Steel Co., Ltd. are revamped. Burning more BF has become true and losing litde BF gas, reducing fuel cost and achieving better economic results have also been realized. After that, fuel structure and operation modes can be adjusted according to seasons characteristics, load change and equipments reparanon, etc. in time.
