摘要
利用线团复绕设备绕制的线团产品,要提高线团绕制质量并保证其质量一致性,需要在复绕过程中保证收、放线线速度匹配和导线张力的稳定。为此,该设备采用了由浮动轮位置调节技术与放线随动专家PID算法综合控制而形成的自适应随动控制方法。通过对该控制方法的分析和试验表明,该方法能有效提高线团复绕设备的绕制性能。
It is necessary to ensure matching of the velocity between the spooling and the releasing and stability of the wire tension in order to improve spooling quality and quality coherence of the clews spooled by the wire spooling device. Therefore, the adaptive following control technique which is composed of the position control technique of floating wheel and the wire releasing follow-up expert PID algorithm is used in this device. The technique can improve spooling pefformance of the wire spooling device validly by analyzing the control technique and the test.
