摘要
柱栅是一种新型数字式直线位移传感器。对栅式测量的基本方法—鉴相法进行了静态测量和动态测量的数学模型分析。采用单片机系统对该鉴相法进行实现并对柱栅传感器的位移检测信号进行数字化处理。使用双单片机系统构成双坐标位移检测系统,增强系统检测的实时性,定时/计数器8254与D触发器构成该检测系统的鉴相电路。最后讨论了增量式栅式测量的数据处理原理和过程。
The Columnsyn Sensor is a new digital type linear displacement sensor. It was carried on analysis the Phase Demodulation mathematics models of the Columnsyn static measure and Columnsyn dynamic measure, that is one of the basic methods of the grid type measure, it applied single chip microcomputer system to digitally process the measure information that obtained from tile Columnsyn Sensor. By using a pair of Single Chip Microcomputer system to constitute the double coordinate displacement measure system, so it can strengthen real time performance of the system. It mainly discussed the realization the principle of Phase Demodulation by applying Timer/Counter 8254 and Trigger D. It discussed the data processing principle and processes for the increasing quantity type grid measure, finally.
