摘要
本研究利用概率理论对剃齿夹具误差进行合成,利用3D-MAX软件进行剃齿过程的三维动态模拟仿真,对传统型及新型剃齿夹具的功能、结构、工艺性、可靠性进行了研究。设计制造出的套筒式剃齿夹具不仅具有很高的定位精度,而且在刚性、寿命、可靠性方面均优于现行的各类剃齿夹具,应用于生产实践,使剃齿精度提高1~2级,大大降低齿轮副的传动误差。
The errors of fixture for gear-shaving are synthesized by using probability. The functions, structures, qualities of technics, reliabilities of traditional and new advanced fixtures for gear-shaving are emulated three-dimensional dynamic simulation by using 3D-MAX, The advanced tubular fixture for gear-shaving not only have good positioning accuracy, but also excel all kinds of popular fixtures for gear-shaving in rigidity, life and reliability. If it be taken into application, one to two precision class of gear-shaving would be improved, errors of gear fits would be deeply reduced.
