摘要
基于小型电容器外壳毛坯铝粒传统加工工艺的不足,研究用铝丝为原料制造小型电容器外壳毛坯铝粒的无切屑高速冷墩成型工艺,设计制造带弹性膨胀锥套的静态定位装置和带防越程碰锥的动态定位装置,有效的解决了间隙精密传动中的静态和动态定位难题。
Based on the shirtage of traditional flow process of the capacitor outer shell blank, no scraps high speed forming process of using the aluminum silk to product the small scale electric capacitor outer shell blank was researched. And we designed the static positioning device with the elastic expansion tapered sleeve and the dynamic positioning device with protecting over travel impactor taper .Solved the difficult topic of the static and dynamic positioning of the clearance delicacy driving availably.
