深化学分制下的金工实习教学改革

Deepen the teaching reform of metalworking practice under the credit system

文章阐述了高校实行学分制的必要性,以及金工实习教学要应对学分制带来的种种困难,指出应从转变实习指导教师的思想、合理制定实习计划、提高指导教师讲课水平、改善实习条件、丰富实习内容等方面进行教学改革,提高金工实习教学水平。

In this paper the necessity of adopting credit system is explained, in order to improve the teaching level of metalworking practice and to solve the problems caused by.credit system,the teaching reforms could be deepened in the following aspects： transforming the teachers＇ ideas, to accept the credit system, raising the teaching level of instructors, arranging the plan of metalworking practice properly, improving the facility, enriching the practice content and so on.
