基于流程再造的产品开发设计管理模式研究

On the management mode of R&D based on BRP

分析了传统产品开发设计的特征及存在问题,从而构建了基于BRP的产品开发设计模型,并相应阐述了对制造型企业的构建要求。其目的在于实现开发周期短,产品质量高,开发成本低,用户满意,解决了企业的可持续发展问题。这种模式应成为制造型企业未来新产品开发设计工作的主要管理模式。

Firstly, it analyses the characteristics of the design and development of traditional products and its problems, then designs the new R＆D mode based on BRP, and it illustrates the requirements for the organization of manufacturing enterprise. The hew mode aims at realization of the short-term, high-quality, low eostproducts and good service in order to solve the problems of sustainable development of the enterprises. This mode is supposed to become the main popular one in promoting the design and development of new products for manufacture-oriented enterprises of R＆D in manufacturing enterprise in future.
