The Trend of Social Development after Cold-War

冷战后,国际环境发生了巨大变化,世界政治多极化、经济全球化。陷入低谷的社会主义国家面对动荡多变的世界,要发展就必须科学对待马克思主义,坚持社会主义道路,继续深化改革,走多模式化发展的道路;参与全球化进程,顺应、融入世界潮流;加强社会主义国际联合;加强共产党执政能力建设;正确处理社会主义与资本主义的关系;社会主义发展要与新技术革命相结合。

There is great change in international condition after Cold-war, among which Politics appears multipolarizing, economy globalizing. The Socialist countries which have sunk into the floor should first scientifically deal with Marxism, stick to the road of socialism, deepen reform and development multi-dimensionally; secondly, participate in the globalization, getting into the world tide; thirdly, strengthen the combination of socialist countries; fourthly, strengthen the executive power of the Communist Party; fifthly, deal with the relation between socialism and capitalism scientifically, and lastly, combine social development with new technology revolution.
