反思塞缪尔·亨廷顿的“文明的冲突”

Think about Samuel ·Huntington's Theory of Clash of Civilization

塞缪尔.亨廷顿认为,未来世界的国际冲突的根源将主要是文化的而不是意识形态的和经济的;从中东现实问题可以看出西方文明正成为美国等大国控制中东甚至是全世界的有力武器,文明冲突下面掩盖不了国家利益冲突这一本质冲突;在当今,全球化也越来越强化了不同文化之间的融合。因此,要在全球化的语境下跳出文明必定冲突的思维,寻求不同文明之间的积极的融合。

Samuel·Huntington advanced that the origin of the international conflict was mainly cultural instead of ideological and economic. We could find that the western civilization was becoming the strong weapon for such big powers as the U.S.A., etc. to control the Middle East or even the whole world through the Middle East issue, and the civilization conflict couldn＇ t conceal this essential national benefit conflict. Nowadays, globalization has strengthened the integration between different cultures. Therefore, we need to seek for the blend of different civilizations under the globalization, instead of clash of civilization.
