浅谈我国公民基本权利的法律保障

公民基本权利是表明权利人在国家生活基本领域中所处的法律地位的权利。宪法对公民的基本权利的确认,从立法上反映了公民在国家生活中的地位,从而体现了国家的本质。要使公民基本权利得到有效保障,既要靠宪法和具体的法律、法规,又要靠增强公民的权利、义务观念,有效遏制违法行为来实现。

Citizens＇ basic rights represent their legal status rights in their lives. The confirmation of citizens＇ basic rights by the Constitution Law demonstrates citizens＇ status in their country and shows the nature of the country. We need Constitution law and other specific laws, and need strengthen citizens＇ concept of rights and obligations, prevent the illegal acts, and ensure citizens＇basic rights effectively.
