红树植物秋茄胚轴主要性状及其贮藏方法的研究 被引量:7

摘要 对红树植物秋茄胚轴的品质特征、安全含水量和平衡含水量、“感光休眠”现象作了详细研究,并用沙埋、锯末保湿、海水浸泡、低温和室内干燥5种方法贮藏胚轴。结果表明,秋前胚轴自然失水过程表现为快、慢、快的进程,当45d含水量降为35.1%时,全部胚轴丧失活力。胚轴临界安全含水量为51.2%,控制胚轴含水量在55.2%~58.3%有利于贮藏。低温(5~8℃)贮藏效果较好,贮藏6个月后胚轴成活率仍可达83.3%,其次为锯末保湿室温贮藏,贮藏105d成活率为70%。海水浸泡、沙埋和室内干燥仅适于胚轴的暂时(15d内)存放。 This paper deals with quality character,safe and equilibrium moisture con-tent equilibrium moisture content,light-inhibited germination and five storage methods ofKandelia candel hypocotyl.The results showed that process of water losing of the hypocotylwas fast,slow and fast;When moisture content reduced to 35.1%,all of the hypocotylswould lose their viability.The critical safe moisture content was51.2%,It would befavourable for hypocotyl storage when the moisture content of hypocotyl could be controlledwithin55.2%~58.3%.he lower temperature(5~8℃)storage method was the best one,by which the survival rate of hypocotyl could reach 83.3%after stored for six months,thesawdust storage was the second,by which the survive rate of hypocotyl was 70%after storedfor 105 days;immersed-in-sea water,buried-in-sand and natural dry storage methods wereonly suitable for temporary storage(within 15 days)of collected hypocotyls.
