摘要
对机车车辆在低速制动工况下转向架及制动系统发生的颤振现象进行了系统分析.通过对制动中轮对与闸瓦摩擦副特性曲线、制动系统动态特性的分析研究可知,摩擦副负特性曲线是引起制动系统颤振的根本原因,可通过加强制动器与转向架构架连接刚度的方法来抑制和消除制动系统颤振.
System analysis on chatter of bogie and brake system of vehicles under the condition of low speed brake was conducted. Through research on property curve of friction pair-wheel and brake shoe during braking, and dynamic propertyof brake system, the conclusion was drawn that negative property curve was the radical reason to generate chatter and chatter could be restrained or even eliminated by strengthening the connection stiffness of brake and bogie frame.
