摘要 地形分析是指挥员进行决策分析的基础,将以约束Delaunay三角剖分为数据格式的DTM结构的电子地图运用到武警部队执行任务中,是为适应当前新军事革命的必然趋势。文献[1]中,进行了一次性生成约束Delaunay三角网算法的阐述,在此基础上进一步阐述了用Delphi6.0对该算法的编程与实现。 The topography analysis is the foundation for the commander decision-making. Using the electronmap, which DTM structure is base on the constrained delaunay triangulation data pattern, in Armed Police Force' s daily duty, fits to the new military revolution. In the literature one, it has proposed the algorithm of constrained Delaunay triangulation, by using method 'once for all'. It presents how to use the tool 'Delphi 6.0' to program and achieves the algorithm.
