上海市2525名中学生血清尿酸含量检测结果分析

Detection of Uric Acid in Serum Among 2 025 Middle School Students in Shanghai

目的了解中学生血清尿酸含量,以便尽早发现高尿酸血症患者,避免由此引起的疾病。方法采用酶比色法,应用日立-7150型全自动生化分析仪上对上海市2525名中学生的空腹血清进行尿酸测定。结果2525名学生平均血清尿酸水平男生为(315.1±65.5)μmol/L,女生为(266.4±58.9)μmol/L,其中有164例血清尿酸含量高于390μmol/L(6.50%),78例血清尿酸含量高于420μmol/L(3.09%),39例血清尿酸含量高于500μmol/L(1.54%)。结论将尿酸作为学生体格检查的项目有利于及时发现高尿酸血症及其相关疾病。

Objective To study the content of uric aeid in serum, to screen the urieemia patients, and to avoid the diseases caused hy urieenfia. Methods An enzymetie eolorimetfic method was used to determine uric acid of 2 525 middle school students in Shanghai. Results Among 2 525 students, the average uric acid in serum was （315.1 ± 65.5）μmol/L for male and （266.4 ± 58.9）μmol/L for female. There were 164（6.50% ） students＇ uric acid in serum over 390 μmol/L, 78（3.09% ） students＇ over 420 μmol/L and 39（ 1.54% ） students＇ over 500μmol/L. Conclusion Deletion of uric acid should be taken as one item of the physical exvanination, so as to screen urieemia and the related diseases in early.
