摘要
通过改变GB 1677 81的分析条件,探讨了反应时间和温度等因素对以环氧氯丙烷为分析对象时测定环氧值的准确度的影响.实验结果表明:在45℃下试样与盐酸丙酮溶液反应4 h后测得环氧氯丙烷的环氧值与理论值最接近,相对误差在0.4%以下,比国标GB 1677 81采用的分析方法带来的相对误差(6.5%以上)有明显的降低.
The effects of testing conditions,i, e. reaction time and temperature,on the accuracy for determining epoxy value of epichlorohydrin were investigated in this paper. These conditions followed Chinese Standard GB1677 -81 with some appropriate improvements. Experimental results showed that, for epichlorohydrin reacting with hydrochloric acid -acetone for 4 h at 45℃ ,its epoxy value was very close to the theoretical value. The relative error of this method was below 0. 4 %, much lower than that of the testing method adopted in GB1677 -81 (above 6.5%).
