摘要
可切削云母基玻璃陶瓷是一种新型的玻璃陶瓷,其优异的可加工性能和良好的生物相容性,使其在骨科及牙科修复学领域具有广阔的应用前景,并受到了材料学家和医学家们的广泛关注。文内介绍了云母基玻璃陶瓷的分类、结构、可切削性及制备方法,并对其制备方法的优缺点进行了评价;综述了国内外对云母基玻璃陶瓷改性的研究进展,包括Ba云母和Ca云母增强,ZrO2增韧,热挤压和热压增强以及生物活性的改善。并讨论了云母基玻璃陶瓷的研究趋势,指出:合理设计原料成分和制定正确的工艺路线,以期得到所需的成分和显微组织;尤其是探索低熔点云母基玻璃陶瓷的制备工艺,以期降低成本、加速规模化生产,必然是未来几年的研究重点和热点。
Machinable mica glass ceramics is a kind of newly-developed glass-ceramics. Owing to excellent machinability and biocompatibility, mica glass-ceramics materials have good potential applications in the fields of orthopaedics and teeth prosthetics, as well as be of great interests to materials scientists and medical scientists. The classification, structure, machinahility and preparation methods of mica glass-ceramics were introduced, and the merits and defects of preparation methods of mica glass-ceramics were evaluated; the progress in research on modified properties of mica glass-ceramics was summarized, which includes improving strength by Ba-mica or Ca-mica, improving toughness by ZrO2, improving strength by hot extrusion or hot pressing , and increasing hioactivity. Some trends in the research field of mica glass-ceramics were also discussed, and it is pointed oul that, reasonably figuring out the raw materials composition and programming the correct technological route to gain the necessary composition and micro structure; and in special, positively exploring the preparation process for producing new mica glass caramics with low melting point to speed up industrial-scale production with low cost, must be the key and the interested point in the near future.
