摘要
长期以来,由于焊接方法及焊接工艺参数的选取不当,严重影响了计算机箱体的焊接质量。主要通过对焊接位置、焊缝坡口、工装、机械加工工艺措施的分析比较,提出了一套符合计算机箱体焊接的工艺方案,较好地解决了存在的问题。
For a long time, because of the improper selection of welding methods and welding technology parameters, the welding quality of the ruggedized computer chassis in our institute has been affected. This paper proposes a set of technology scheme that is suitable for the welding of computer chassis of our institute, which will solve the existing problems by analyzing the main technology parameters, including welding place, welding slope, industrial assembly and mechanical processing technology measures.
