摘要
人工砂石料机械加工技术经历了摸索阶段、成熟阶段、创新应用阶段,目前已形成了新的系统工艺设计理念、平面布置新形式和高性能机械应用等,提高了机械设备的自动化程度,保证了骨料产品质量并降低了骨料的生产成本。随着系统运行方式的多样化、废水处理技术的日臻完善,为打造水电工程“绿色粮仓”和可持续开发目标的实现提供了条件。
Artificial sand and aggregate processing technology underwent exploratory,mature and innovative phases.Presently,these are some typical features,such as new system design concept,new plan arrangement and application of highly capable mechanical performance,high mechanical automation,etc.These guarantee the quality of artificial aggregates and reduce the production costs.With diversified operation of artificial sand and aggregate processing system and further improvement of wastewater treatment technology,mature artificial sand and aggregate processing technology will provide some necessary conditions for establishing the 'Green Granary' of hydropower prejects and realizing the goal of sustainable development.
